Gramma Linda invited us to the Operating Engineers Annual Picnic. Grandmaman and Betty were also there.

I was in Mommy's belly this time last year. This time around, Auntie Carissa has the Bun in the Oven.

First Camping Trip to Hat Creek

Waylon did very well for his first camping trip. We went with Fozzie, Uncie Evan, Auntie Carissa, Cousin Drew and their new pup, Abby. Gramma Linda and Papa Tom came out to have dinner with us. We only stayed in the tent one night. We brought the pack'n'play with us for Waylon to sleep in. He woke up once during the night and then ended up in the sleeping bag with us - which I absolutely LOVED! I don't know that Daddy was too comfortable hanging off the side of the air mattress though.



Some other camping memories worth mentioning: Daddy warmed Waylon's morning bottle with his body heat so we didn't have to get out of the tent to start the fire. Fozzie tried to pierce Abby's ear. I hope Waylon never gets a splinter because it took about 1/2 hour for Uncie and Auntie to get one out of Drew Shaboo. Once we got home, it took quite a while to get Waylon cleaned up from all the dirt.

SDS Takes us to Oasis Fun Center

SDS treated us to a night at Oasis Fun Center. Waylon enjoyed being outside and seeing his SDS friends. His favorite thing was looking at the Fountain.

Emily - all tuckered out and loving her mommy! Emily was Waylon's first kiss... or somewhat of a head bonk. Isn't she sweet?

Visiting with Tarod before he Moves to Colorado

Here's me and my Cousin Tarod. He's about to move to Colorado to live with his dad. I'm really going to miss him. He is so good at making me happy!

Mommy and Daddy are going to miss him too. I'm gald we got to go over and hang out with him right he left.

Waylon and Riley on a Date

Waylon had his first dinner date with Redding Riley. We all went to Cattlemen's Restaurant 'kids eat steak free' night. Miss Riley looked adorable with her 'pretty hair'. Check out her Yogurt face.

Waylon thought he should be like his daddy to secure a second date.

But when Waylon went in for a goodnight kiss, she looked to the older man, Waylon's Daddy.

We couldn't get in the car until we captured a few pictures of the pretty sunset. It was a great date!

Michael & Leslie tied the Knot!

We celebrated Michael and Leslie's marriage today.

On the way we stopped in Weed with the Weichman's and had BBQ sandwiches. I can't wait to try one of those!

After we arrived, we ventured through Etna to the local brewery. Daddy and Ben enjoyed a delicious beer.
