Big Boys Face Forward

Now that I'm one year old, Daddy changed my carseat to face forward. I LOVE it!!!!!

49ers Win!!

I was hopeful, but there were a few worries that the 49ers might not beat the Cardinals (since they were on a losing streak).

Touchdown!!!

Woooo!!! 49ers WIN!!!

Turtle Bay with Drew Shaboo

Since today is my birthday, I got to choose what we did today. I really wanted to go to Turtle Bay Museum, so Daddy called Drew Shaboo to go with us. We checked out the museum before heading to the playground.

The playground was so much fun. I got to swing really high on the swing. I had a blast. So did Drew Shaboo!

Next I climbed onto this moving log and rode like a cowboy.

Next, I played in the water, but not for too long because it was really cold.

Next we hit the rock area. Mommy let me get really dirty. I even got a few rocks into my mouth when Daddy and Mommy weren't looking. They tasted a little bit icky. Daddy, Mommy and I filled the dump trucks with rocks.

Before we headed home, we all played chase in the maze. It was so much fun. Playing chase is my favorite game to play. It really gets me laughing.

My First Thanksgiving

For my first Thanksgiving, I saw all my Grandparents and my Grandmaman. Daddy says technically it isn't my first Thanksgiving as I had about 11 minutes of Thanksgiving day when I was first born last year. I was born at 11:49 pm. I say this year really is my first Thanksgiving though, because my family and I didn't get to sit down for a nice feast like we did today.

We started the day by watching some football, then we headed over to Gramma Carla's to watch more football.

Gramma Carla pulled out some of Mommy's old toys. This one was my favorite. It's a basketball hoop. I'm sooooo good at slam dunking. I think it's because my Daddy practices on the big hoop with me at home. My Auntie Christine and Uncle Crawdad played with me and the toys.

After playing for a bit, Gramma took me outside and we watched her doggies play. I pointed to show Gramma where the doggies were. Kiera and Moxy were wrestling for the soccer ball.

I got to pet Luna. She is really pretty.

Then, I played with Grampa Steve after having some milk. We threw the ball for Buckle (Uncle Crawdad's doggy). He is a funny looking dog. He has a super long goatee and a mohawk.

Next, it was on to Grandmaman's for the feast. Gramma Linda played with me on the floor. She got me a really soft turkey and Courdoroy's Thanksgiving book so I could learn about the holiday. I am thankful for my family. They are so loving and I couldn't be a luckier toddler.

Here I am sitting at the table in the new highchair Grandmaman got me. Mmmm.. I see some meat pie!!

My Grandmaman gets a kick out of the signs I use. This is my " When your happy and you know it, you're face will surely show it" sign. I taught it to Grandmaman.

Here I am with Papa and Gramma. Now we are ready to eat!

Papa played with me, too. I really liked this dancing flower. Later, Auntie Carissa, Uncle Evan and Drew Shaboo came over for pie. I had a long day and fell asleep on the ride home. I can't wait for next Thanksgiving!!

My First Birthday Party

For my Birthday, we went to Party ExtraordinAIR. It was so neat. The place was filled with bounce houses. My family and best friends were there. They all wore sports clothes since it was football Sunday. I had the best time playing with them. There were even races and that was fun to watch.

Mommy took me up the slide at first. It was really tall. Then, we went into a smaller house where I bounced and crawled through tunnels.
I have a fun family. Look at my Auntie Reina sliding... wheee!!! Gramma Linda took me through the obstacle course. We almost got lost!

Look at me crawl through the tunnel.
Here I am with Gramma Linda, Grandmaman, and Auntie Reina.

Here is Riley and Morgan.

Our good friends, the Wiechmans.

Everyone was so generous for my first birthday. I received lots of new clothes and fun toys. I look forward to sharing them with all my friends!
